Commission Junction has been rebranded as CJ Affiliate by Conversant.
The change is part of an overall update by ValueClick, Inc., which acquired Commission Junction in 2003.
ValueClick is now Conversant, Inc.
Conversant unites five digital marketing companies launched or acquired by ValueClick since 1998: ValueClick Media, Commission Junction, Greystripe, Dotomi and Mediaplex.
If you have an account at CJ, nothing will change, according to the CJ Affiliate by Conversant blog.
The company’s stock, which previously traded under the ticker symbol VCLK, will officially begin trading under the new NASDAQ ticker symbol CNVR, starting at the market open on Wednesday, February 5, 2014.
Conversant CEO John Giuliani will ring the Opening Bell on February 5.
